Why is it called PEORIA BOURBON? Because it’s made right here, from local organic grain; 78% white corn and 15% warthog wheat from Janie’s Mill, and 7% malted barley from Country Malt. Our goal is to bring back the industry and culture that once made Peoria known as the “Whiskey Capital of the World”, through a relentless commitment to world-class spirits and the highest quality distilling practices. Peoria Bourbon will be released twice per year, spring and fall. Exclusively from any current and future Peoria Bourbon releases, a portion of the sales will go to Peoria area charities.
